Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping — estimated delivery in 2–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. We may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum order value threshold, which will be displayed on our store.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the status of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping rates.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer than domestic shipments. Customs processing can add additional delays beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly using the details provided on our Contact page. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
